Saturday: Venison deer
Cooked some insanely tender and well tasting deer today.
Friday: Taking it easy
At work for once.
Thursday: Cherryblock
Tasted that insanely concentrated wine from California today, soooo much tannin, it did taste like cherry stalks, a wine you won't drink a lot of, it's simply too concentrated and rich.
