Packers won their first game

Green Bay Packers beat Philadelphia Eagles 16-13 in their first game, a game where Eagles were favorites, though Packers and kicker Mason Crosby didn't care. Even though Green Bay didn't get any offensive touchdowns, they embraced the victory with a defensive touchdown and 3 field goals from Crosby (53, 37, 42). Brett Favre didn't have his best day, he completed 23/42 for 206 yards and had one interception and 4 sacks.

Other scores of interest: Tennessee Titans beat Jacksonville Jaguars 13-10, go Vince Young. Pittsburgh Steelers beat Cleveland Browns 34-7, 'Big' Ben Rothlisberger threw 4 touchdowns, he seems to be back as we know him. Houston Texans beat Atlanta Falcons 20-3, seems like the Falcons really are suffering due to Vick's 'off the field interests'. Carolina Panthers beat Saint Louis Rams 27-13, this should be the season where Rams would be back as a Superbowl contender, though Jake Delhomme with 3 touchdown passes didn't seem impressed. New England Patriots seems stronger than ever, and has never had as many profiles on their team as now, scaring to see how they closed down New York Jets and won 38-14, without pushing the limits, they did it in a very calm manner, the Patriots is a serious Superbowl aspirant. And the most surprising result for me, so far this weekend, Denver Broncos were feeling the heat from Buffalo Bills and only won by one point, 15-14, I didn't see the match, though I expected the Broncos to be much stronger and a team that shouldn't get in trouble against Bills.

Right now I'm watching San Diego Charges vs. Chicago Bears, I'm cheering for Chargers, though the Bears defense is having a good grip on quarterback Philip Rivers and especially running back LaDainian Tomlinson, but I think LT will prevail, right now the Bears are ahead 3-0 with 7:27 to go of the 2nd quarter.
